About The Complete Practitioner.

These terms cover your use of this site and any product bought through it, including the One Session Method and The Complete Practitioner, operated by Gavin Speaks Wellness LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to them.

1. Use of services

Our services are for personal growth and educational purposes only. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or mental health concern, consult a licensed medical professional before using our services.

2. Refunds

Only the One Session Method can be refunded, within 30 days of purchase. The Complete Practitioner and The Complete Practitioner AI are non-refundable. Our Refund policy has the full terms.

3. Sessions included with a purchase

If your purchase includes a session, you need to book it within 30 days of your purchase date. If it isn't booked within 30 days, we're no longer obliged to deliver it.

4. No guarantees

Results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and past success does not indicate future results.

5. Intellectual property

All content provided is owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Arbitration and dispute resolution

By using our services, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. This ensures a quicker and more cost-effective resolution.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

9. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

The Complete Practitioner and the One Session Method ("we," "us," or "our") are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or engage with our services.

We may collect personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and payment details when you:

• Sign up for our products or services
• Book a call with us
• Subscribe to our email or SMS updates

Different products carry different terms. Which one applies depends on what you bought.

The One Session Method

Thirty days, no questions asked. If you aren't satisfied, email team@onesessionmethod.com within thirty days of purchase and you get a refund. No hoops.

The Complete Practitioner and The Complete Practitioner AI

All sales are final. There are no refunds on either, including for unused material, illness, bereavement, job loss or any other personal circumstance.

The Complete Practitioner comes with a performance guarantee instead, worked through in order:

• Get stuck running a protocol on yourself, post it in the group and we work it through with you
• If that doesn't do it, bring it to a live call and Gavin shifts you in the room himself
• If it still hasn't moved, you get a one to one with Gavin

There's no cap on that and no time limit. It's a performance guarantee, so it isn't a satisfaction guarantee and it isn't a change-of-circumstances guarantee.

Earnings

Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of income. Any figures mentioned are what specific named people did, not an average and not what you should expect.

What you make depends on your own skill, effort, market, pricing and the hours you put in, and plenty of people who buy training make nothing at all. We don't track the typical result of a purchaser and we make no representation about it.

Any forward-looking statement is an estimate of what's possible, not a prediction of what will happen to you.
